Small Tips of Regular Cleaning of Vehicle Lift

Taking about cleaning, It seems that it is very easy and simple during lift maintenance, but the no-clean or improper way of cleaning will affect much on lifespan and safety for lifts.

Importance of Regular Cleaning

Surface cleaning, to avoid painting off and extend service life.

Slide track cleaning, to avoid abrasion of sliders and pulleys and to make sure lift is more stable during service.

Hydraulic system cleaning,to avoid dust goes into Hydraulic unit, destroy and block Hydraulic items.

Surface cleaning, the overall image of shop charming a lot.

Methods & Notice

Clean lift and lift surroundings by using non-corrosive soft detergent. Including dust,sandy soil, oil, water, steam and other contaminant Corrosive substance.

Clean dust on the bottom of lift and inside of carriage by using broom or dust cleaner.

To check if extra cleaning solution left on lift after cleaning. If yes, clean it.

No spray gun

No using corrosive liquid to clean

Liquid remaining long time is inadvisable (Remark: Excluded the galvanized lift)

Period

Clean lift every month on normally condition,

Clean lift every week on poor condition.
