Overhaul idea: First of all to distinguish between circuit fault and mechanical fault.
Maintenance method:
(1) Step on or lift the foot of the tire changer switch and observe the reaction of the motor. If there is no reaction, use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage between terminals is normal or not. If the voltage is normal, check the power supply line or power plug. Whether the voltage is normal, if not, the reverse switch is broken, if normal, the motor or capacitor is broken.
(2) If the motor has a buzz, but can not turn, the measurement method is the same as above. If the measurement result is not normal, the inverted beginning is bad. If it is normal, rotate the gearbox pulley by hand. If it cannot be turned by hand, the gearbox has a fault.
(3) If the motor can rotate normally and the working disk does not rotate, it should be the transmission fault, such as the transmission belt wheel does not drive the worm rotation: worm gear collapse, etc.
Maintenance method: Observe the working condition of the tire changer when removing the tire. If the tire changer cannot rotate during the removal, it indicates that the motor torque is too small or the capacitor is faulty. If the motor can rotate, but the pulley in the skid is caused by the belt being too loose, just tighten the belt.
Overhaul idea: If the tire changer's tire pressure is weak (including the large cylinder can move when there is no load, and the pressure is not loose when the tire is pressed), it is generally due to low air pressure, air leakage, and air transmission of the large cylinder. If the no-load large cylinder cannot move, the compressed air is not added to the tire press end of the large cylinder.
Check whether the supply air pressure meets the requirements of the tire changer instruction manual. If it meets the requirements, check whether the large cylinder leaks. Check and control the gas pipe at both ends of the large cylinder, and connect the air source, one of the two gas pipes on the five-way valve should have gas out when stepping on the pressure tire foot, and the other gas pipe should have gas out, if not normal, should change the five-way valve or adjust the installation position of the five-way valve, so that it works normally. Check the air pressure. Use a barometer to check whether the air pressure at the intake end of the oil mist conforms to the requirements of the manual. If the air inlet pressure is not enough, increase the air compressor supply. If the inlet end air pressure meets the requirements, the outlet end air pressure is not enough, adjust the pressure regulating knob of the oil mist. If adjusting the pressure regulating knob does not work, replace the oil mist.
