Check before operating equipment

Before operating the car frame machine, clean the debris around the platform and the site, arrange the oil and gas pipelines, and prevent the pipelines from being squeezed during operation. Check that the oil and gas pipe joints are well connected and there is no oil leakage. If there is damage, replace it in time. It is strictly prohibited to use it again. Check the fastening bolts of the tower column rolling pulley to avoid the tower column slipping and causing damage to personnel and articles.

Loading and unloading process

Non-users or untrained personnel are not allowed to operate the car frame machine. No one is allowed to stand under or near the correction equipment platform when lifting. When the vehicle is getting on and off the platform, there must be a specially-assigned person to guide it. The vehicle should stop at the specified position on the platform. When the platform is lifting, the operation should be smooth. When the platform wheel leg cylinder has no throttle valve, it is strictly prohibited to open the pressure relief valve of the oil pump. When lifting the platform, the tower column should be fixed at the other end to prevent sliding, and the secondary lifting should be placed near the moving leg side. When the vehicle is parked on the platform, the parking brake should be tightened, and the front and rear tires of the vehicle should be padded with triangle wood. The movable leg locking pin of the equipment platform of the girder corrector must be locked after the equipment platform is raised.

Vehicle fixed operation process

The clamp of the car frame machine should be checked before clamping to ensure that there is no oil and other sundries on it. Check whether the fixture is deformed or cracked. If so, it must be replaced to prevent damage caused by fractures after stress. The fixing bolts of the main fixture and the fastening bolts of the jaws must be tightened as required.

Measurement operation process

The measuring tool of the car frame machine should be handled gently, do not collide, to prevent deformation and damage to the measuring tool. Take readings with your eyes parallel to the reading site to reduce reading errors. After measuring, the measuring tool should be immediately returned to the tool cart or back to its original place. After the fixing and connecting screws of measuring tools become loose, tighten them again without excessive force.
